The growth of KJM is driven by a "Hybrid" leadership model combining academic communication discipline with hard technical architecture.

Jayson holds a degree in Mass Communication from Eastern Samar State University and is a practicing Programmer & Hardware Architect. He personally codes the network's proprietary Priti automation tools and designs the transmitter signal chains.

This dual expertise drastically reduces operational overhead (OPEX) while ensuring broadcast reliability that outperforms standard competitor setups. As a lead broadcast consultant, he actively engineers and oversees the construction of independent community radio networks for large-scale industrial and corporate clients.
